Went in for an hour remedial message with Groupon voucher. Was fully expecting less than optimal service with all the bad google reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised! I had Ara, she was really fantastic. Perfect amount of pressure and obvious skill. Would highly recommend.
First experience: Waxing service was good. Friendly staff. Second experience: Waxing service was not conducted properly.
I have been 3 times over the past year via a groupon voucher and have been very happy with the service and actual waxing completed. It was quick and the pain was handled as well as it can be. I had the same person but cant remember her name. She was efficient, hygienic and knew exactly what to do. I have had plenty of subpar waxes where they broke the hair rather than pull it out, so it would grow much quicker, was unnecessarily painful or the hygiene was very questionable.
