I’m writing this as a very disappointed customer. Oscar ripped me off and lied about all the services it offered me on the papers. To the dealer Jack who sold me a Mazda 3, shame on you! Mind you, I have 3 years of warranty on the paperwork; under that warranty, Ozcar is required to fix my Mazda. However, I've been wanting them to fix my broken right-side mirror for 8 long months. some people are nice. but it is very low pay for the amount of responsibility you are given. management do not seem to be trained and are very hard to deal with. you don't get paid for training even though they say they do.
