I Dispatch here. We run 350 - 400 trips a day for a reasonable cost.

Depending on the driver you might have a great ride or a miserable one. A couple drivers are entirely too free with their political opinions assuming you feel as they do. Another driver is very willing to share your name and where you're going with other riders in the cab with you. Also they have a direct deposit thing so you don't pay with cash, but there is a 0.75¢ fee to put $20. On account and no refunds.

Don’t even attempt to use this service unless you don’t have a choice. Frequently late to work and left without transportation. Be ready to hold for 50 minutes when you call. Nothing works like a business should. Baffling at times. It’s a very useful service but the way it’s being operated is so disorganized. Impression from the clients standpoint is almost as if the taxi clients are a burden for calling about their ride that was confirmed, yet somehow disappeared for the 6th time in 2 weeks.
