Once in a while, one comes across customer service levels so extraordinarily high, that it suddenly makes you realize how low MANY other’s customer services skills really are. This is the case with Ozark Mobility of Fayetteville AR. I needed pick up and wait and assist services for a procedure I was having done in Fayetteville. My Ozark Mobility transportation experience was excellent. I've received transport to medical appointments over the years from other providers. Today with Ozark Mobility I was amazed at their outstanding level of friendly, professional service, extremely clean well maintained equipment, and very importantly the perfect level of air conditioning on a hot July afternoon.
