As far as the opioid dependence side of this clinic, this place is horrible and cares NOTHING about really seeing people get better other than a couple desk workers maybe. I’d highly recommend requesting any provider EXCEPT Michelle as she is a liar and has no qualms about ruining you. For my random drug screens, I used the mouth swabs for many reasons.
