They help a lot of people in a lot of way, but definitely don't expect it to happen fast. Applied for propane assistance back in October and was told yes but kind of just pushed down the road, here it is January 18th and we have no propane on the coldest night of the year so far because I allowed myself to assume by "Yes" it meant soon and didn't.
