You won't get the stuff you've bought. They don't give a shit! Deplorable customer service. Completely ignore your requests for refund or the receipt of your goods. NEVER AGAIN!
I feel like a lot of people attacking this place just bought the wrong thing or size and having a go This place is the best. Everything I’ve ordered comes within a great time frame, great product with a massive discount. Needs more 5 stars great company

Not good don’t buy on their website, if you need to return, pay the post and return delivery. Most online shop are free post and return now
Their 'Terms and Conditions' document does not state that swimwear cannot be returned. It was on this basis that I purchased a swimsuit, for which they are now refusing to accept a return. Another prime example of an online retailer misleading their customers. In addition, a pair of shoes I purchased was not the genuine size advertised, but half a size smaller. And of an incredibly low-grade quality, fresh from a dollarshop I would think... Never again, Ozsale. Heaps better service at Shein or Temu.
