I ran into an issue with an old household iPhone. Lena and the team at OzPhone Repairs were kind enough to provide an entirely new (refurbished) phone for me at no charge/free of cost. It was also a newer model of the older phone that no longer worked. Prior, they did everything they could to work with Apple to solve the original issue. I was beyond grateful. OzPhone Repairs, you guys are legends. I’ll also never forget the after hours help you provided. Forever grateful.
Thank you to Kevin for doing a great job replacing my glass screen protector on my iPhone! It was badly cracked and my phone now looks brand new - no bubbles or dust trapped under the new screen protector.
