This company is a fraud. Don't be dumb like me. You pay up front and then they don't show up. No call, no message, nothing. Their numbers are either turned off or they ring out they don't respond to the email address. The listed address for the company on google is a Vietnamese bakery. The last 4 reviews all say the same thing. My family and I were left at White Bay Ferry terminal with two small children unable to get home and unable to get a taxi as we had no child seats wond wondering if the driver would ever come. Prepaid for both drop off to the airport as well as pick up on our return. Drop off was professional, on time and efficient. However, on our return home 3 weeks later, they did not show up and have not returned any messages via phone, email or website chat.

Horrible service! Paid upfront for a return trip and the driver failed to show up at the cruise terminal day of disembarkation. They failed to communicate with us after several attempts to call, message and email, leaving us stranded in 40 degree heat. They have not refunded us and the email is now unreachable.

Our pre-paid transport from the cruise port to our accommodation never arrived, and there was absolutely no communication from the company. We tried reaching out on several platforms repeatedly without any luck. We ended up waiting for two hours before we had to sort out our own travel plans.
