I had the worst experience with this gel ball store. Not only was the customer service terrible, but I was appalled by their behavior online. Instead of focusing on providing good service and quality products, they spend their time slandering other gel ball stores on social media. It’s completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Absolutely terrible service. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. I waited far longer than expected, and when I finally got assistance, it felt like they couldn’t care less. No communication, no effort to resolve my issue, and a generally awful experience. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Went here the other day great customer service brought a nice glock took one of my other sons toy s there and gentleman was able to fix it will definitely be returning very soon
