Don't buy furniture from them. They are bunch of scammers. The will provide you with faulty products and when you contact them they will add your number in block list. They don't have any answers. I already contacted fairtrade because of the scam. Instead of messaging here, why don't you pick up your phone from where you blocked me or reply to my emails that i have been sending you from last one year. And your store managers need to learn how to talk to their customers. They are rude and arrogant.

Each time you call they pass the phone to each other, or they say I am not the authorized person, or they ask you to leave your number and name someone will call you in 2 minutes and that never happen. I had a terrible experience with OZ Furniture and finally I called and asked for refund. This was the last business I had with OZ furniture.
