Great service and customer focused approach to business. Highly recommend if people are looking for an electric bike or get a conversion done, to try out this place. Simon doesn't oversell anything and is upfront and honest about issues with doing a conversion.
Great service and great toys!
Simon and his team had a look at my old ebike (2003) and agreed to upgrade it for me at a very reasonable price without any hard sell on buying a new replacement. As the upgrade was reasonable we also purchased a new Shogun ebike for my wife, which she is enjoying riding. It has been a joy to get back on my old bike but at the same time the Shogun has demonstrated how outdated the technology of the 2003 bike is. I suspect I will be back for further upgrades at some stage. The service from the team was excellent.
These guys hooked me up with my new Surron litebee it's unreal they are awesome blokes to deal with looking forward to getting some upgrades real soon
