The service was very friendly and efficient
Was given bad information by two different stores saying my item could be picked up today from the warehouse in Rouse Hill. However, after I tried to arrange pick up online I was told that the item was not available in NSW at all and needed to be delivered from VIC which would take about two weeks. Very disappointing and deceptive behaviour in order to get a sale. Make sure you contact the warehouse first before purchasing if you want to pick it up and save yourself a long delivery time.
Store Manager Lee offered the best customer service today I think I have ever experienced. She went out of her way to help me source a particular cushion for a client and then offered to deliver it in person to her colleague in Sydney tomorrow so I could pick it up locally. Lee thankyou so very much for your wonderful service and can-do attitude!
Great delivery service an extension of the customer service I experienced instore. Delivery was punctual had good comms through process and the delivery team friendly, helpful and in a good spirits. A pleasure to have in my home.
