The table from Oz Designs is just beautiful. The construction and quality are excellent. Communication about the delivery was fabulous. Phone updates via text on the day about the truck’s whereabouts was an unexpected bonus. The delivery men did a wonderful job negotiating two steep flights of stairs and not damaging any walls. We purchased two Kate lounges at the Warrawong store and was impressed with the staffs’ knowledge of the products, and she also followed up with the sale in a professional manner. The carriers were prompt and professional and our lounges are gorgeous. So thrilled to have been able to buy Australian made and at a great price compared to the imported alternatives.
Had great service from Oz Design, Warrawong. Delivery came earlier than expected. Just in time for Christmas. Very happy customer.
