I have bought a lot of great quality lounge and dining furniture here. Erin and her staff have always been very helpful, great after sales care too. I am sad the store is closing later this month.
Really nice product, good price, knowledgeable staff, great delivery service. Highly recommended.
Five of the 10 items I ordered were damaged before delivery. After a long back-and-forth email argument with customer support they replaced two items (2 dining chairs) and gave me a $200 refund and left me to my own devices with regards to fixing the other three items -- tables with chipped and bubbly painted legs.
Outstanding customer service, Great deal on Lounge room suite. Was delivered within days with exceptional care.
