Had a question about a tube. Texted a photo of the tire size and got s call right back with the availability. Hours are customer friendly and flexible if you need them to be. I'm now a loyal customer.
Oz runs a family business so his trade means everything to him. I met him when I called around looking for prices on a new Trek bicycle. He beat his competitors prices hands down. He had me setup and on the road in the same day. He just opened at a new location, has a good selection of accessories and has much more that he is able to place on order. All-in-all I would be happy do do business with Oz again even if I do have to drive an extra hour to get there because it is definitely worth the drive.
I've never been treated so rudely by a business owner. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. He treated the two customers there like crap
