Absolutely horrible experience. They take their time getting things sorted. My broker started the process very early on; but, they kept causing multiple delays. The "director of underwriting" would take days to respond to the broker; and would constantly ask for documents that the broker had previously sent. Then he went on vacation, which caused a further delay (to which he stated "I am entitled to take a vacation").
