Lack of professionalism, very high rates and late response time. One star is too much for them. Don't waist your time and money.
My organization engaged Oyen Wiggs Green & Mutala LLP to renew our trademark licenses. I highly recommend this firm. The patent lawyers and staff are professional and knowledgeable, and were fantastic to work with. I'm pleased with their ability to navigate a complex process.
I made a service inquiry. The lawyer responded with an estimate that was far larger than any other estimate I had received. Besides the amount of money he wanted, his knowledge of the relevant area of law appeared to be incompetent. I recommend keep looking elsewhere. Don't waste money on what in my opinion is a grift.
I have had good experiences with this firm. As well, I feel the prices I have been charged have thus far been more than fair for the amount of thoroughness in the work they have done. I would definitely recommend them.
