For the past few months, I have been getting bills from Adapthealth for CPAP supplies, each time contacting your billing dept. to advise I owe nothing else, as Humana has advised I had already met my deductable. Each time, billing has stated they are waiting for "explanation of benefits", which I have learned is not true. Worst company ever. Poor customer service. Hounds you by phone and text for months on bill you already paid. Their equipment is under quality and over priced. Just buy your supplies on the internet, better and no hassle

Would give 0 stars if I could. The auto pay is a joke they say they can't schedule it for the same day each month and it just comes out randomly, which defeats the purpose of autopay. They billed me twice in one month then when I asked about it told me it was for a different invoice that I never received, and they can't explain that either. I have proof of payment every month and they can't explain anything. Its a bunch of sitting on hold and people saying they will get back to you and they don't.

(0 stars) I received an invoice for an overdue bill for CPAP supplies in Dec. I had made a payment through my HSA in Nov. that was not credited. Started getting autocalls for collection and I spoke over the phone to a call center representative on Jan 5th. and explained. They claimed to have no record of the payment so I contacted my HSA bank and they confirmed the payment was made and the transaction had cleared. They provided proof of payment to me and I forwarded that to the call center representative. Silence.... I call ... read more
