I helped purchased an e-bike (Cannondale Adventure Neo Allroad) for two friends' 13 year old son today. We bought it from Chris at Oxygen Bike Co. I live over an hour away but stopped by the store because I was nearby and have been looking for a new mountain bike. I was greeted immediately by Shawn who was very helpful and friendly even though I opened by saying I didn't want to waste his time because I live far away. He still took the time explain options and what features are appropriate for where and how I ride. Definitely a shop I'd frequent.
Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. They know their products and want to help the customer find the right bike. Highly recommend for new and used bikes as well as repairs and service to your current bike. No big bix stores offer the personal service and knowledge like these folks do.
Great service with knowledgeable staff. This is why you shop local, brick and mortar shops. They helped find the bike I needed, knew the details and stats about the options that best suited my needs. And I got to try the options. Big box and online cannot offer the personal knowledge and experience that comes with local retail. Shawn and the team are fantastic, highly recommend.
