My experience at Oxygen Bike Co. is very different than many of the other reviews. I brought my bicycle in for repairs. I was told it would be about 4 days and they would call me when it was ready. I waited 10 days and called them. I was told it would be another couple of days. Still nothing. So, 2 weeks later, I dropped into the store. Outstanding service and even better people! Buying a bike is such a personal experience, and it's rare to find a place where you're truly listened to and guided thoughtfully. A fantastic local spot to go grab a great bike, gear, or service. I’ve had a Mountain bike for a while, and wasn’t really riding trails. I went into oxygen knowing nothing about hybrid bikes. Shawn was great, showed me the right bikes for what I was looking for, and even ordered in the one I wanted. He made the process easy from start to finish and I was super pumped to go grab my new bike when it came in yesterday. I highly recommend oxygen !
