Contacted Jon-Paul about lawn maintenance (bare patches, weeds coming through). Came over to assess and, rather than take my money to undertake basic work I could do myself, just gave me pointers and recommendations so I could get the lawn to where I want it to be. I then woke up the next day and he’d emailed me everything we’d spoken about, including links to the products I needed! Very refreshing to see honesty and professionalism like this, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
