Cheap product, bad costumer service. The oxo garlic press i bought snapped while I was using it. I wrote them a message and got not answere. Don’t waste your money with them!
I would have given your product a star at all. Your OXO brown sugar container definitely does not work at all! Product is hard as rock. Does not keep the brown sugar moist. Do not buy this product. Waste of money.
Disappointed OXO is aware of the significant shipping delays out of their new warehouse but does not clearly disclose this information when placing an order. Also, I was told I could not cancel my order even though it has not been processed yet. Very poor service managing customer expectations!
Great customer service. Thank you for replacing my coffee grinder without even asking for a receipt showing when I ordered it! Oxo really stands behind their products.
