Your website is not only archaic, difficult to use but is in constant unreliablity making bill payments extremely frustrating. Why not fix it, you have the monopolistic control and greed based revenue excess to invest in your customers well fare and fairness. Food for thought?

Just wow. After waiting in queue for 15 minutes to the sound of just awful music, asking intermittently to leave a voice message, the system sent me to voice message anyways. Called again and still waiting. I knew this was going to happen because I read their reviews. I am afraid of leaving a voice message because they are going to cut me off.
Oxnard Water District has terrible customer service. Automated system routes callers to voicemail, then hangs up before leaving a message, No surprise that California is run like a third world country!
