My niece has been trying to get a divorce case before a judge for a YEAR. SEVEN court dates set; SEVEN cancelled. Oxford no help whatsoever. Incredible incompetence.
I have an uncontested divorce. No children. No property. No assets at all. Its been 5 months since pat ing hom and I have yet to have seen a court date set. Everytime he is asked about the court date he says he will set it for the next available one. Note. They have court every monday. So maybe if I'm lucky ill be divorced in another four months when if I would havr done it myself it wouldbt have take ln but a week to have done everything
