The hot tub is ALWAYS broken. We had a leaky roof multiple times. No insulation between the floor and the ceiling so just walking overhead sounds like elephants. No parking anywhere and no gym. They also lie and tell people that the rent “doesn’t ever go up much”, which wasn’t true at all after being loyal/good tenants here - it went up an insane amount after our lease was up. For the price of the units, it’s not worth it.
Beautiful community and Michelle was a great advocate for living there.
