Our experience whilst Dad was a Resident at Oxa Care: His Care plan and Assessment not up to date and did not reflect his current stage. Recent Gastro outbreak was not controlled appropriately with the correct measures in place allowing the spread to Dad. Residents and Family's are quietened down when they try have a Voice. The building is beautiful, the food service is great, and my mum’s carers are amazing, especially the morning shift girls who look after her so well. We couldn’t ask for better support from them. Where things fall short is with communication and follow through from higher levels. When we need contact with doctors, maintenance, or management, it can take a week or more to get a response, which is far too long for important matters.
