Oxa care staff provided wonderful care and attention to my aunt in her final days. At the early stages, as a person who was extremely house proud, she understandably wanted to live at home. A few weeks ago when I visited her she had lost her desire to go home and was convinced that OXA was the right place for her. She was extremely appreciative of all that the staff were doing to keep her happy and comfortable. Thanks very much for the amazing ways in which you made her feel at home.
My mum was in respite for two weeks, after being quite ill in hospital. They took amazing care of her and kept us updated the whole time. The personal touch was amazing, they went above and beyond.. And the dining experience in my mum‘s words was just awesome. Thank you again. When Mum is ready to become a permanent resident this is the only place she wants to go.

Facilities and staff are first class. Excellent culture which stems from the management team. These decisions are difficult ones for the whole family. The team at Oxa Care took the time to run through the process with a great level of care and understanding. In the end the decision to choose Oxa Care was very easy and one month into the residency, that decision has proven to be the right one.
