Extremely disappointed with their civil lawyer, Kofi. Kofi stated it would cost me 250$ for a demand letter. Once demand letter was sent my bill came out to 800 less 50$ discount. The invoice does not even state how he came to that amount money for a simple letter. When asked about it Kofi became aggressive and defensive towards me where I decided to leave to situation mid conversation. Do not give Kofi any sort of retainer because he will unethically use it all and not disclose how or why.
