What a fantastic program! It not only ignited a bit of friendly competition between coworkers but helps me keep my health at the front of my mind. From choosing to take the stairs to putting Avocado on my salads it has been helpful. It is nice to have a Health Coach pointing me in the right direction. I really love how all encompassing the system is. I wish all companies I've worked for had something like this implemented.
