I had a very disappointing experience with this wedding photographer due to ongoing poor communication and lack of professionalism. Leading up to the wedding, scheduled meetings were missed without notice. “Sneak peek” photos, which were promised within 14 days, were delayed by over a month—and only came after multiple unanswered emails and follow-up text messages. This has been a great disappointment. Josh and his company came to us highly recommended by friends who used him for their wedding. Communication has been awful from before the wedding and continues to be, six months later. First they said their email was hacked. Phone meetings were often rescheduled. After the wedding it took two or three attempts each time to get in touch. The gallery was not delivered within the 18 weeks as promised. Josh and his team were exceptional. From the day we booked them to after the wedding! Josh always made my husband and I feel at ease and we never had to worry from day one, to the wedding day and after. Our wedding day was seamless and Josh and his team were a critical part of that. He captured all the important and beautiful part of our day and we were speechless with the results. They are perfectly moody, candid and romantic! We couldn’t have been any happier with our wedding photos and will cherish them forever!
Josh has truly helped Jon and I on our wedding day, he went with the flow with things not going exactly as planned and figured out what to do and made it flow smoothly. He is very personable and was perfect for our style wedding. Oh. My. Goodness. There is so much I could say about Josh. My husband and I got married at the Grandview in December and Josh was our photographer. He is very well experienced and knows exactly how to keep everyone on track throughout your wedding day. Not only is Josh extremely talented, he’s also very nice.
