The worst service! My mom and I are disabled, she needs to go to the VA in Phoenix a lot in her motorized wheelchair.. The drivers either show up too early, late or don’t show up at all.. When they do show up they have a problem with backing in my driveway so my mom can roll in the van. One of the drivers wanted me to back up the van!! I told her I couldn’t because I am legally blind and do not drive!! I can’t believe this is how they treat our disabled veterans!
