Kenneth is very unprofessional. He has been doing my taxes for years and every single year what I get back is less and claims it’s because I either “make more money or didn’t claim zero” when nothing changed regarding pay or claiming from 2021-2024. When trying to address this he laughed at me and said he isn’t on call and will call me back. BEWARE and stay away!!! Ken is terrible! I'm embarrassed to say we kept him as our accountant for around 15 years. In the beginning he was good (but cranky) however the last few years he hasn't submitted our taxes properly and we've been having major issues correcting things with the IRS. He refuses to help - if we are actually able to get ahold of him (usually its radio silence) he gives us the run around and doesn't show up to the appointment he set. I have been going to Ken for over 20 years and he is amazing at what he does. More than willing to work with you on payment and his fees are much less than anywhere else that I have found. Yes, he can be gruff but his expertise is by far the best!
Called to see if I could get my taxes done and instead of telling me he wasn’t taking any new clients. He said if I didn’t do them last year I am not doing them this year and actually hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional
