My experience with this company has been far past subpar. Immediately upon the company answering the phone, they asked me to prove my insurance information and confirm a way to pay for it before even asking me any questions about myself. They were rude on the phone, dismissive, and the process was utterly unorganized. I understand wholeheartedly paying for my services, but I don't understand a company being so crass when clearly someone is coming to you because they are struggling.
