Owens and Associates is a great place to work. The people are very compassionate and helpful. The management and upper management are stellar people. You're treated with respect and kindness.
Great when you anre working to accommodate them and what they need. But when it’s something as easy as confirming a visit or working with you they are rude and condescending. They lack common courtesy.
My previous review was not accurate. Now that I don’t have Owens & Associates as my visiting company….well I miss them. Sarah, both of the Sarah’s are amazing people who went beyond their duties at times to assist me. I will also miss Mr. J, I know my daughter does all she kept saying on my last visit was Mr. J. They are a great batch of people! Thank you for all your kindness towards me & my sweet pea. Consider this a formal apology.
