Been going to Owen for regular remedial massages for my sore neck, shoulder and back for years. He is very knowledgeable and always does his best to help.

Owen is just great at finding the source of constriction and pain, and working on releasing the constriction. You come away with relief. Sleep gets better and everything in life is better. He's friendly and explains what he's doing and why really well, and gives you exercises and stretches to solve your problem's causes. Highly recommended.
