Super friendly employees who do all they can to show they care about you and your business. They are always extremely helpful and on the ball.
I wouldn't bank here if my life depended on it, there is zero customer service! On the phone they tell you they can notarize papers for you for $3....walk in and they refuse to do it because you don't have an account with them! Well don't worry I won't ever! "Our members pay for our notary....uh, so that's why you charge them on top of it, nice. Horrible place!
Terrible customer service! So disappointed in our local bank! Refused to notarize something for me because I didn't have an account! Said, "Our members pay for our notary." Then admitted they charge their members on top of that!
