Just finished a complicated commercial lending deal with Allison Kuchta representing the lender, where I represented the Borrower, and I must say without a doubt the most compassionate, creative, articulate, classy and smart lawyer out there, bar none, who will set the bar for anyone else I deal with… and I deal with a lot of other lawyers out there - being a real estate lawyer myself for many years. Owen Bird is already good but so much better with Allison.
Had Terrence yu as my lawyer, he was super helpfull assistant me with my case and help me resolve my issues, not only did he guide me and explain me things in full detail there was no pressure and he handled it super professionally and was super knowledgeable along the whole process . If you need anyone to represent you he is a great lawyer to have. If I can give more stars I would as I went to 2 other lawyers in downtown that was not able to assist me in the way he did for me.
