Great company and family
When I called because I was worried that my children had missed the bus The lady in the office was rude and had a condescending tone of voice. I would hope that customer service is important to her. I realize she probably doesn't like getting phone calls from concerned parents and that people probably ask a lot of dumb questions, but if answering the phone is part of your job you should at least make a halfway decent attempt at being courteous .
Your minivan driver need to learn how to stop at stop signs I've almost been hit by the same one 2 days in a row. A rolling stop doesn't consist of stopping and than they get mad at me for going causeni was stopped first. That's very unsafe for these kids there driving. I have kids in my vehicle also. Corner of main st and Lincoln Ave. Around 7:50ish one day they will hit someone if they keep doing this
First it was Mike- he’s a whole reason not to do any business with this company. Really concerned that these people are part of shaping our children’s future when they can’t even have adult conversations without being rude or getting snippy when they don’t like something. Not to mention his name is mentioned 4-5 times in google reviews. Might be time to reconsider who your drivers are and how they treat people. Bad service with everything from the desk lady to some buss drivers , even the response to the reviews tells a lot of how this company works . From a buss driver being racist to me to lady desk hang in up on my face (very popular Mike and a lady who didn’t even gave her name) .The must funny part is the false adds from google and misinformation.
