I had an amazing experience at OVO Medi Spa! The clinic is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their honest approach and attention to detail. Highly recommend OVO Medi Spa to anyone looking for exceptional care and beautiful results!
Nani was so great and explained all of the different procedures to me to best fit what worked for what I wanted! She’s so knowledgeable and didn’t rush me at all. She took her time to explain so that I knew what I wanted. I felt comfortable and my face has been so smooth since! I even fell asleep!
I originally left a 1-star review due to difficulties reaching the spa. Calls were not being answered, and the automated text responses after missed calls were not very helpful, which was frustrating, especially after already paying for services. Since then, the team has reached out, apologized, and taken accountability for the experience. They also made an effort to resolve the situation, which I appreciate. I’m hopeful future communication will be smoother, and I appreciate them taking the time to address my concerns.
