Just on the phone was too much. I asked her a question but instead of answering my question. She quizzed me and after her series of questions, none of my questions were answered and I STILL had to ask all my questions which she still had to answer. And maybe, it's not necessarily her not answering my questions but the nasty condescending way she asked and answered questions and heaven forbid you don't give the right answer. She will make fun of you. Yes, I absolutely dread going there, dread it.

The ladies at the front desk had really nasty attitude . They even made fun of me for saying a school name wrong but parents and teachers all call the school name the same name to make it short . Most of the enrollment center front desk receptionist have a really terrible attitude and no empathy, they shouldn’t even be working there.

Only reason I’m leaving a bad feedback is due to a person that works here (“Ms”. Henry) need to work on her attitudes and be respectful. She had disrespected my mother in the past multiple times and tried to cross the line again today. I hope her higher ups will do something about this. All of the other staff at this facility are great to work with exception of the listed above. Good luck
