When we bought this dresser, we were told it had 1-year warranty. In less than 3 months after the purchase, two drawers could not close and we found that it was because the internal parts were broken. I showed these photos to the manager, who was the same person selling us the dresser and told us the warranty. However, I was replied rudely and impatiently by this manager that the warranty covered nothing and he would not do anything to resolve the problem. Great experience. My first time there. I stopped in after shopping in the store next to them. Ended up getting an offer I couldn't refuse on a 2 peice table set. Even though I had to take 1 piece 1 day and grab the other the next day the salesman did whatever I asked. Including giving me the price I was pretty sure would get me either a laugh or a theres the door we don't make deals mind that. Check them out.
