Ocbc customer service was very poor. I contacted their customer service at 63633333 on Wednesday 11/8 around 8.40am and was served by Siti regarding my repeated attempts to make payment to my credit card on the Ocbc mobile app. Siti was inexperienced and not helpful. She keep saying that it was a technical glitch on the app. She will inform her bankend office and try to resolve the issue. I explained to her that I am overseas and I can only make payment online.
