Great people and very helpful
Lumber and materials are always top-notch—no complaints there. The front counter staff and delivery team are consistently helpful and reliable, which we really appreciate. However, this two-star review reflects ongoing issues with ordering mishaps and poor communication. Most notably, our experiences with Mrs. Lesley in the back office have been disappointing. Her attitude consistently comes across as dismissive and unhelpful, which has made resolving problems unnecessarily frustrating. Unfortunately, due to these recurring ... read more
