Lumber and materials are always top-notch—no complaints there. The front counter staff and delivery team are consistently helpful and reliable, which we really appreciate. However, this two-star review reflects ongoing issues with ordering mishaps and poor communication. Most notably, our experiences with Mrs. Lesley in the back office have been disappointing. Very nice people and great service! They had a better selection that fit our need for this project. They helped wrap, counterweight, and flag our load as we weren’t prepared to have this option. Wonderful family owned business that still has customer service values. Less expensive too!
I work here and I can say. You can get better materials for all your projects here at Overlees. Also if we don't have it. We can probably get it.
The people there are always extremely helpful. I don't usually need a lot (usually walnut)but they always have what I need.
