We had an awesome experience with our Hilux Outback and Overlander Adventures! Nina was amazing during the whole hiring process and even dropped the car off at our home address. She was very knowledgeable, familiarised us with the car and prepared us very well in general! When we dropped the car off in Cairns, Paul was awesome as well (we drove from Brisbane). Had the best holiday with one of these vehicles! We ended up with the highest spec 4WD because all the others were booked or being serviced and I was hesitant about the cost at first but it was sooo worth it! Absolutely everything was included to make it an easy as holiday even with small children. The fridge and shower and water made it so good! Service from the team was great too!
To be honest, I was not happy at all about this rental with Overlander. I booked a year in advance and 1 week (!) before my travels I was told the Outback Hilux is not available due to technical issues, so either I get the Trayon or the booking gets cancelled. The Trayon has a huge camper build in the back and weights 3t. From the beginning it swerved to the left due to uneven weight distribution of the build. Wir haben bei Overlander einen Trayon gemietet um Fraeser zu erkunden und unser erstes Offroad Abenteuer zu erleben. Die Einweisung von Nina war spitze es wurde alles sorgfältig erklärt und es war viel Zeit für Fragen. Auch war Nina während unsere Reise meisten sehr schnell erreichbar wenn wir noch Fragen hatte oder Tipps brauchten. Hier nochmal ein dickes DANKESCHÖN an Nina. Ihr seit klasse :-)
Hired the Hilux Trayon to visit Fraser Island which was perfect!! Coped with everything the island could throw at us including a couple of days of heavy rain. Highly recommend!
