Very unorganized, price kept going up and up. Couldn't get a straight answer. I pulled my freight and shipped with Van Kam. Soooo much easier. Overland has really gone down hill.
For warehousing and cross docking needs. Accommodating and friendly people.
Unfortunately my Amazon order was left in the hands of this company resulting in our healthcare facility not receiving it. I regularly order supplies and equipment for work through Amazon with flawless delivery to our logistics department until this one having to go through Overland. While on vacation they were unable to reach me on my work phone.
