Easy and pleasant experience! I’m guessing the bad reviews are from clients who didn’t get the results they were looking for. It’s walk in from 9-4 and I got there a little after 10. Since it’s walk in I expected to wait 30 or so minutes and there were two people in front of me and that’s how long I waited. The staff and doctors were nothing but apologetic for the wait even though it was minimal. Horrible, takes 15 to 20 minutes per person and you cannot schedule an appointment. Expect to wait for hours if you have your drug screen here.
