Was told the first time I was to hydrated and would have to retest, the second time my temperature was off by 2 degrees, she than made me wait in the waiting room for 1.5hr 10:51am - 12:27pm before finally completing my standard urine test. I would recommend going somewhere else. (Avoid chrissa)

Easy and pleasant experience! I’m guessing the bad reviews are from clients who didn’t get the results they were looking for. It’s walk in from 9-4 and I got there a little after 10. Since it’s walk in I expected to wait 30 or so minutes and there were two people in front of me and that’s how long I waited. The staff and doctors were nothing but apologetic for the wait even though it was minimal.
