I want to share my experience because I feel it’s important for other parents to be very careful when choosing a daycare. I went for a surprise visit. I wasn’t completely convinced, but I still went because I was told to come between 12pm and 3pm, when the children are usually resting. When I arrived, I saw some children sleeping with their shoes still on. In the baby area, there was a baby crying and I didn’t see anyone go to comfort them at any point. I toured this facility a couple weeks ago, as I was there the toddlers on the 1.5-2 side were visibly upset, the room was an absolute mess, and the teacher was pretty much just ignoring them. I understand that everybody has bad days, but the fact that she was doing this with a parent touring present to me just shows that it is potentially a lot worse without anyone present. I love this preschool. Bailey is so awesome and is so open and receptive to feedback and I can see she genuinely cares about their quality. My son is in the toddler class and I'm not sure what his teachers name is but she is awesome too, every time I go to pick him up or drop him off she tells me what they will be doing that day and why. I love seeing pictures and videos in the app of my son playing having fun, drawing, painting and learning. I'm really loving the learning he is doing and I can see the benefits from them. My son has been enrolled at KinderCare for well over a year and we have had nothing but great experiences! The staff are wonderful, caring, and always willing to help. My son has learned so much and is excited to go to school everyday. I would absolutely recommend them to any parent searching for safe and reliable daycare/preschool. I never have to worry about him throughout the day because I know he is very well taken care of and having fun.
