We decided at the last minute we wanted a great car for a couple of days while we were in the Black Hills. Overland was fantastic. Convenient, straightforward process; great car; kind and helpful owners. Will do it again next time!!
A great company with awesome customer service. Rented a subaru crosstrek sport - served us very well and worked great. The staff were very communicative, and worked with us to meet our trip's needs. While it's not two-dollar-rental prices, it's not a two-dollar-rental experience. Exceptional service thank you.
Totally pleased with their cars and service. We rented a small Subaru to drive the Needles area, as our camper wouldn't fit. They delivered to our campsite on Stockade South. We indicated we might want to take an evening drive on the wildlife loop and they fudged their schedules to pick it up next morning. Lovely to deal with.
We wanted to rent a soft top Bronco while sightseeing in the Black hills, not expecting to have much luck, I googled "Bronco rental, Black Hills SD" . Overland America popped up first and it was exactly what we were looking for! A Veteran owned, friendly local business. The customer service was great! The Bronco was clean and ready to go. Just perfect! We are very careful with money. Overland was the perfect solution for us to enjoy the many attractions near Custer. The owners are kind and thoughtful and real human beings who get you. We rented a Subaru Crosstrek and loved it! They even came and picked it up at our campsite. Wonderful folks! We are in our 60’s, weren’t looking to go truly off-road but couldn’t drive our class B+ RV on some of the roads. So glad we found Overland!
