Terrible Experience! Rude Car Rental Owner and staff As a business owner, I don’t like writing reviews unless they’re great. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to warn others after this experience. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, the vehicle I rented had an issue with the moonroof and was making loud noise the entire time I drove. Great selection of vehicles superb customer service and affordable prices hands down the best around
Bad experience with this host. We booked the Porsche Boxter months in advance with no issues and confirmed everything with the trip the day before. Less than 2.5 hours before our 1-day trip was about to begin, the host cancelled the reservation with no explanation and will not respond to messages. I do not recommend.
