Great bike shop, highly recommend. OTM a huge help in getting me back on the trail and pedaling when my rear wheel hub broke down on a mountain biking road trip. Travis dropped what he was working on to get me a replacement wheel built up, and remembered the details a month later to help with the warranty claim on the hub.
Best bike shop in the valley!
We were so lucky to find Travis. From out of town and realized I needed a new water bottle cage an hour before leaving for a 6-day ride. Travis had one, and installed with better screws than it came with. Simple job, but completely so quickly and professionally. Cash or check only.
Travis is hands down the best bike mechanic I’ve met. He’s honest, trustworthy, and his bicycle knowledge is second to none. He provides knowledgeable advice as to what upgrades are needed for your riding style and installs the needed components impeccably. My only qualm with his service is that I question anyone else working on my bikes.
