I am a 14 year cancer surivior. I had never repleased my origianl prothesis... until I had a surgery at OSU in July and they threw them away. Over My Head was lovely and accomidating. I told them what I was looking for in a prothesis, and some special requests I had for bras to work with my wardrobe. They were able to fit me in for an appointment within two days. They were warm and welcoming. I will be back next year to restock. It was an excellent experiecne all around.
I met with Bridgette on Dec 24 in Dublin and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She was an expert in everything I asked of her, she was kind, compassionate and I would recommend her 1,000% to anyone that needs these type of services. Margo
I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Melissa took exceptional care of me and truly made me feel whole again while helping me choose mastectomy bras. She was kind, patient, and incredibly considerate. Her gentle touch and genuine compassion made all the difference—proof that small acts of care can have a profound impact.
They told me my insurance would pay 100% because I met my deductible. They didn't. I receive one invoice and tried to contact them about it, I got voicemail that they said they don't check. Two of the bras feel apart a few months after I got them. I am VERY disappointed that they don't know what they are doing. The person I talked to on the phone was VERY RUDE when I was trying to understand.
This is a sweet little boutique. Melissa helped me here after my mastectomy. She is absolutely lovely and I am grateful I had her assistance. They have a pretty good selection of bras - I have a somewhat uncommon size, and I was able to find more (and cuter) mastectomy bras here than I used to find normal bras at regular stores. The only suggestion I would make (which is probably more relevant to their suppliers) is that it would be nice to have more selection in darker skin tones.
