Staff was efficient with setting up and making sure instructions on using the booth were clear. Our guests greatly enjoyed making use of the booth and we enjoyed looking through the provided copies.
Lemme start by saying Ronnie from Ovation cared about my family and guests truly enjoying themselves more than any vendor I've dealt with. Feelings aside, they do their job and they do it well. All their staff is very professional and outgoing. Ovation did our wedding 10yrs ago and our anniversary a few days ago. From DJ to photo booth to photographer they had us covered soup to nuts. Cannot explain how much I loved their 360 photobooth!! I hired them for my daughter's first birthday yesterday and it was INSANITY! I have no clue how they do it, but the 360's come out NEXT LEVEL! The angles are perfect for every person, the views, the editing, and the music overlay. They can put whatever song you like. The quality is amazing. I hired Ovation for my husband's 60th Birthday. Having the booth was fun and I love having all the photos. They sent a lit up giant 60 for the room that set up the area perfectly, the logo on the photos was better than I thought a long with a perfect matching background. We had Gio as an attendant & he was fantastic. I can't recommend them enough!
Rented a 360-photo op for a couple hours in SoHo the crew arrived early & set up fast and made the photo-op a great experience. They are my #1 option moving forward. Shout out to Ronnie on that team.
